Memorial Garden

The Memorial Garden is in the very early stages of development, we would love to be in a position to have a fully sculptured working dog statue within a beautifully landscaped garden.

Along with providing financial assistance to handlers & those loving families who re-home West Midlands Police dogs, the Benevolent Fund is also supporting the creation of a Police Dog Memorial Garden. A memorial garden to provide a permanent place to recognise the loyal work & dedication of Police Dogs throughout the West Midlands.

The Memorial Garden will be located at the West Midlands Police Dog Training Centre & will provide a fitting tribute to those courageous & hard working Police Dogs who have passed over the rainbow bridge.

Having a place for Police Dogs to be remembered offers handlers a special place for their faithful partners & protectors. The Memorial Garden will be created as a special place for handlers & their families to remember & share the memories of the days they spent working to keep their communities safe.

Should any of our supporters be in a position to help create our garden – either through the donation of funds or through the provision of goods/services – we would be delighted to hear from you.

Creating a fitting area to remember our passed Police Dogs would be a lasting tribute for all of the Police Dogs who have worked to keep their communities safe.
